Justin Sanchez, President

 




Mr. Sanchez has ten years experience in the construction industry. He began his career as a Plumbing Apprentice, progressed to Project Management and currently serves as the President of Tatro Plumbing Co., Inc. He monitors Job Costing, Tracking, and Reporting. He has strong working knowledge of several types of Commercial, Industrial, Educational, Hospital, Governmental and Correctional Facilities. Mr. Sanchez has also coordinated and managed direct project prefabrication, materials procurement, and buyouts.

Terry Fowler, Sr. Vice President

 





Mr. Fowler serves as Sr. Vice-President on the ESOP Board of Directors and has been part of Tatro Plumbing Company, Inc. for 31 years. He has Plumbing/Piping trade experience covering all facets of construction, and is responsible for the coordination with other trades, subcontractors, generation of RFI’s, field negotiations, and overall project success. Mr. Fowler possesses extensive experience in project coordination by means of blue prints and specification interpretation to alleviate cost overruns.

Fernando Arteaga, Vice President

 




Mr. Arteaga serves as Vice-President on the ESOP Board of Directors. He has 29 years of experience in the HVAC trade including High Pressure, Medium Pressure, and Low Pressure ductwork installation, equipment installation, start-up, and service work. He is responsible for the coordination of manpower, subcontractors, generation of RFI’s, field negotiations, and field coordination with other trades. Mr. Arteaga possesses extensive experience in project coordination by means of blueprint and specification interpretation to alleviate cost overruns.

Donna Hageman, Secretary-Treasurer

 






Donna has 38 years experience in Financial Management. She attained an Associate’s Degree in Secretary Science at Trinidad State Jr. College, completed the Dale Carnegie Course, and the Leadership Garden City. She coordinates the day-to-day office management. She works directly with Bank Officials and CPA. Oversees the Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Human Resources and ESOP reporting.

Kelly Wright, Board of Directors Advisor

 



I have over six years in the Plumbing and HVAC trades including, aboveground and underground waste and vent, domestic water, hydronics, storm, natural gas, steam, condensate, acid waste , Sump Pumps, fixtures, Weld pipes, fiberglass pipe, CSST pipe, and PEX. I am responsible for Coordinating and creation of prefabrication of piping systems. I am responsible for the coordination of subcontractors, generation of RFI’s, project negotiations, and coordination with other trades. Possesses extensive experience in Project coordination by means of blueprint and specification interpretation to alleviate cost overruns.
